Do you take international orders?

Yes. We will ship around the world, although additional shipping costs will be added to your order.

When will my order ship?

For domestic orders (United States), we do our best to get your order shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Shipping can depend on your location, but shipping will generally take around 5 - 7 business days.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. The confirmation email will include a tracking number to track the order online.

Why can't I select the color / size combination I want?

It is possible that the combination you want is not in stock. For example, we may have your color available, but not your size. You can send an email to [email protected] if what you're looking for is out of stock, and we will do our best to track down what you need - or let you know when it will become available.

Do you sell in children's sizes?

We currently offer a full line of men's products in whole sizes 8-12, and women's sizes 5-11. We plan on expanding our product selection to include sizes for children, and additional adult sizes in the future.

Why are Bokos only available in whole sizes?

Sandals offer more flexibility than shoes and boots when it comes to getting an appropriate fit. Choosing the right size of Bokos sandals is easy. For men: if you typically wear a half-size, order the next whole size up. So if you usually wear a 9.5, you should be comfortable in a 10 in our sandals. For women: if you typically waer a half-size, order the next whole size down.

Should I wear my Bokos inside?

Absolutely! Bokos are perfect for indoor activities like wearing in the locker room, cleaning the house or garage, and wearing on hard-wood floors.

What are popular activities that people use their Bokos for?

Bokos are a perfect option for a ton of different activities. Many of our customers wear them after working out, to the beach, while camping, or around the house. While Bokos can easily handle most of life's activities, they should not be used for demanding physical activities in any circumstance (hiking, physical sports, running, etc.).

How do your sandals fit?

Bokos sandals run standard, meaning you should not buy small or large. However, if you wear a half-size (especially for men), buying a size up is best. For women, going a size down also tends to work and will deliver a nice, snug fit.

I am used to European sizing, how does this compare to US sizes?

How do I clean my Bokos?

We recommend washing your Bokos with cold water and a very small amount of mild soap. If this process does not remove the dirt, using a low-pressure hose or spray is recommended.

I have wide feet, do you offer Bokos in widths?

Our sandals fit to a medium size - a men's D and a women's B. However, we generally hear from most customers that they work great for wide feet.
